Default does anyone know where the F I can get new bushings for my innovative based mounts??

Innovative won't sell me new bushings, apparently neither will any of their dealers, without me buying a whole new set of mounts. Any ideas? Thanks for any help..

Wow, thats lame. If they are the same OD as Hasport bushings, you can order them from the Hasport website for $20 per mount..

They dont need to sell replacment bushings because they dont break. I talked to Rob @ Innovative and he said all you have to do is show proof of purchase or send in the old ones and $10

It's not an issue of them breaking. The bushings are too damn hard, (those idiots recommended 75a, so that's what I bought) and I want a front mount so my rear crossmember won't flex horribly when I launch or shift hard. They won't sell me new bushings because I can't send the complete mounts in (the rear one is Welded to the crossmember) and I lost my receipt, not to mention the mounts are basically completely remade by me to fit my application (b series into 87 accord hatch). Yet they won't let me install the new bushings myself. Innovative is a horrible company. Their people are like the dmv, and their policies are just as insanely stupid. They also don't return emails. The only way I can get new innovative bushings is by buying a completely new set of their mounts.. there has to be an easier way to do this!
Here are some pics. You can't even tell what the mounts were for, (look at the crx mount pics on innovative's site, then look at mine) but they were supposed to be for a crx. The driver's side was almost completely fabbed by me, but it still has the innovative 75a bushing, as do all the other ones. I want something a lot softer than that. I'm even considering installing factory 90-93 teg front and rear mounts. Here are some pics.

Come on guys, help me out! If you have the 60a bushings and want the 75a ones, maybe we can trade?

I'd have to say that you are incorrect, only because I've seen them first hand. Eventually, it can happen to all urethane based mounts on the market, it is a wear item, and the good manufacturers will stand behind their product and take care of their customer. For example, with Hasport products, if there is a urethane failure, you can send them in and get new urethane for free (without any proof of purchase, they don't care if you found the mounts in the street), and they pay for return ground shipping too. If you dont want to send the mounts in, you can buy the urethane, no big deal.

hasport, innovative, 2 different companies. Innovative doesn't deserve to be in business.

So let me see if i understand this correctly. Innovative is a bad company they want some kind of proof that it is their product that they are replacing? that sounds like a normal company to me. I doubt if you were to call Hasport and say your mounts are too stiff and i have no proof of purchase and i cannot send the mounts in, so send be some bushings?

You don't understand it correctly:

So they are getting their proof of purchase or they are selling a product. Innovative says send proof of purchase or pay for the bushings and get a 100% refund if you send the old bushings back. sounds like a better deal to me

Unfortunately for Innovative their customer, rorik, doesn't seem to agree.

I think innovative is doing the right thing.

its not there fault that the dealer you bought from doesnt want to sell you the bushings.who did you buy from they can call and tell innovative that you bought them or give you a copy of the reciept..?

Innvoative cleary stated to pay for them and they will refund you 100% when you send the old ones back or show proof of purchase fax it or post it or mail it and they will send you need ones. give them a credit card number to hold until you can send the old ones back.??

I had hasport and
i changed to innovative and got them from camp1320.com and they gave me great service.

innovative

They are trying to give it to him for free... just show proof that those were purchased from a dealer. what more can you ask for. what more can you ask for. thats some great service from INNOVATIVE...

We used to carry hasport but the urethane would always break. We are looking for the cheapest and best products in the market... not the products that will make us the most money. Everyone that works at camp1320.com has a fixed up car not some highschool kid making to make $$$$ no commision here.

We even got innovative on our own personal race cars. If you are having problems feel free to call us we will try to help you out ourselfs.

Innovative helps out our compnay in many different ways so we will return the favor.

No one is trying to give me a damn thing for free. In fact, the opposite is true, THEY WON'T EVEN LET ME PAY FOR NEW BUSHINGS. I emailed them and talked to several people from innovative, offered to pay them whatever for the new softer bushings, no deal. They will only swap your bushings out for you (they won't let you do that yourself, they must think their customers are all a bunch of little kids) so you have to send your mounts in with proof of purchase for $10 + shipping. That is a horrible policy because it imposes downtime on your car unnecessarily, (waiting around with your motor hanging from a hoist for however long it takes to get the mounts back instead of spending an hour to swap the new bushings into your mounts, after being able to drive the car the whole time except for that hour..yeah, argue with that, innovative) It also wastes your money by shipping the entire mounts both ways instead of just the bushings one way, but for me it is even worse, because I don't have a receipt, and my back mount is welded onto my crossmember (see pic). So I am SOL. Innovative is not a good company because their customer service is worse than the DMV.

Camp 1320, why don't you back up your talk about good customer service and and sell me the softer bushings? If they were such a great company, you'd be able to do that No Problem.

hahaha ok i will galdy take your order feel free to call us at 818-718-9352 or we will call you hows that for service please email or IM on our aim.

They said they will send you the mounts if you gave them a CC. Companies dont just send out free parts cus you say so or cus you have pics of it... All they said was show us proof and they would ship to that address but if you would still like to pay for them call us you can keep both bushing and everyone will be happy.

Innovative just feel uncomfortable charging you for something they can give you for free as long as you can prove it..

I talk with the guys there they need to charge your card to cover there *** and when yousend back the hard old bushing they were going to refund you the $$$$$.

You're out of line. Yeah, I don't understand english. I don't know this Rob you're talking about, but the 2 guys I talked to said there was Absolutely No Way I could get new bushings without buying completely new mounts, or sending my mounts in with a receipt, which is impossible. They said "we don't sell bushings separately, never have" Hence this thread. So wtf am I supposed to say to innovative now? "hey, I talked a to a "john shiwota" from h-t and he said I can get new bushings" .."oh, well in that case.."
Who are you? Do you represent innovative?
p.s. How much $ are the bushings then?

Camp 1320, I'll be calling you one of these days. As I said, I don't have proof of anything, but I am willing to pay. Can you quote me a price for the softer bushings + the front mount on here?
