my car is lowered a few inches and i had on 205/45/16 45 offset w/ no rubbing. i broke a rim and bought some cheap 13" from a miata w/ 195/60 tires. its rubbing whenever i hit a bump. will stock civic 195/60's rub?

 

i believe they will still rub, you either need X/50/R15 or X/55/R14 to have the same size diameter tires as you did before

the design of the tire tread is also a factor as well

 

minus the rubbing take out the fender lining. relocate the hood latch line . and your good to go.
