Default Water leak help.

Idk if anyone here also has this problem but I get water in my car through the passenger and drivers side windshield. I dont have the moldings they flew out. I used silicone to stop the leak but now with the rain and all it kinda is starting to unglue and i get water inside. Also right where the hood braket and the pillar meet is a big chunk of epoxy or w/e that it leaks from there too i assume. Is there any good material to stop the leak instead of silicone. would appreciatre your help thanks.....
