Ok....
One question..
I have a 02 Si. Is a K20A engine straight? And if so.. how are RevHard Turbos?
I just got a big cash in on some investments, and made some bank, so I'm wanting to pimp out my Civic. So any other opinions, shout em out

K20 A is only in the JDM Integra Type R. You clearly dont know much about this subject so i would say search and educate yourself before you go spending ur hard earned money. Turbos are no easy task. Its not like you install em and ur done. Requires constant maintance. No offense, just sayin it how it is. Honestly i would save the money for a house or buy a bike, cause those Civics are fine and dandy the way they come.

K20A is ONLY the JDM motor used in the DC5 and EP3. The 2005-06 Type-S has a very close cousin, the K20Z1; the new FG2 Si coupe runs the K20Z3 variant.
The K20A is an awesome motor, although I'll say that it costs an awful lot, too. You can build up a stinkin' fast K20A2 (02-04 Type-S motor) or one of the K24 motors for as much as you'd spend on a stock JDM K20A.
But yeah, it's an easy swap. Dig around some more here and at other sites (ephatch.com, k20a.org, i-vtec.net, k-series.com, etc) to learn more of the details.

nope, your civic is an LS1 powered v8.
What do you mean by straight. I don't understand. A k20a isn't worth the money IMHO. So many people buy these things and they're like, well geez, I'm still getting smoked!
hmmmmm I wonder why. You spend thousands of dollars for the performance of a mazda miata Mx-5. Please. What you should be looking into is what this guy said

That is a more likely idea, spending only a fraction of what it would cost for you to put a k20a motor into ur Ep3. The k20a3 is a great motor, although it doesn't have the REAL i-VTEC, it does however have great torque numbers and tons of potential. If you really want to do something different, do this, put a k20a2 head onto that. It has been done. You need to switch the rocker arm assembly and some other stuff. I think the guy that did it said it cost him about $1,800 after it was all said and done. He had an impressive increase of horsepower and torque. I've seen it here on HT before but cannot find the link. And yes, I just tried searching.
All in all, keep the K20a3, Supercharge it cuz turbos are like most, if not, all girls out there; High Maintaince. You'll have more power than you'll need without having to buy an LSD or even a clutch kit ( which would be a wise idea to spend some money on. If money isn't an object to you ) You'll out perform any k20a/k24a stock and if they have minor bolt ons and you'll save yourself a lot of time, hassle, and money!
