Default For those with Ingalls Camber Kit?

Can someone tell me if the washer is need for the ingalls camber kit ?
Anyone have the directions for the install ..I can't find mine...as i installed it years ago.
The reason i'm asking is I was getting an aligment done and the tech stated that the washer is not need and that was causing my camber kit to not sit properly. So he took out the washers and now i have a tapping noise coming from the car everytime I go over bumps...I unscrewed the top bolt only to find that the hole is no longer a perfect circle.... the tapping noise is coming from the camber kit moving around .......I'm screwed now...I'm not sure how to fix this ..do I need to weld the holes and redrill or should i put the washers back in and pray?

Can someone post a closeup pic of the screws unbolted (the rear ones) coming up from under the car the ones that hold the control arm in ...i'm starting to think that the back holes are not perfect round from the factory and there is some play there...

I think i fixed the noise hopefully for good...I used lock tight and made sure the bolt was super tight and va la..no more noise....crossing my fingers.
