Default Power window problems on a 00 hatch

Well after reading the all the power window threads... i still havent been able to find a solution to my problem. i installed power windows off a 00 si into my 00 hatch... without a floor harness as soo many have done before. Yet for some reason.. my passanger side window seems to roll up and down much slower then my driver side window. any suggestions on how i could possibly fix this or what could possibly be the problem?

try greasin the hell out of it... do both of them for that matter... i swapped my 96EX P/W into my 96 Hatch and i used the floor harness because i had everything. My passenger side too is slower, i dont know if thats a coincidence or what, but all i can say is lube them up. I've had so many problems with my P/W. I finally got my D/S window to work perfectly. I had to add washers and shims all over the place just so it wouldnt pop off its track. It's been on there for about 3 months without poppin off, so with that said it'll pop off today... thanks!! gl

my 2000 ex is the exact opposite.... drivers slower. Lubing it up made a huge difference.
