better flow = more hp it will give you a torque increase as well

There are write-ups and results in the Prelude FAQ. Other things you need to keep in mind that:

1) You will NOT be able to rev to an H22's redline. Side loads on the pistons prevent revving much higher than the stock redline.

2) Although there will be some increase in power, do not expect to make as much horsepower as an H22.

3) A full H22 swap could prove to be a simpler swap. The downside is that it's more expensive to obtain a full H22 swap. Another upside is more power.

4) You can run the franketstein motor without tuning, but I don't believe it's a wise idea. If it was me, it would HAVE to be tuned. But I guess that's just me.

I did the H23 swap when I bent my F22 heads valves . The H23 swap is not that bad, it's been a while but I can try to answer any questions you have about the swap itself.

this thread is kinda dead but i just saw a dyno on accordinglydone.com where a guy put h22 pistons in the f22b block and then used a h22 head, he got like 200 whp and 187 tq. that doesn't seem like a smale gain to me.
