Default Adjustable spring perches

I'm looking at koni yellows and they talk about adjustable spring perches for height adjustment. How much would this allow you to raise or lower the car as apposed to a shock without this feature. And also what would be a good shock to match with H&R race springs. And how much would these springs allow the car to drop when loaded with passengers because from what I'm seeing they set pretty low to begin with let alone putting passengers in the mix. wondering cause I have a full car quite often. Thanks

About 1" lower in the front and 1/2" lower in the rear.
