Default GC spring rates with koni shock

What spring rate will be best for a car that is usually drag raced and sometimes sees AutoX ? Car sees streets sometimes but comfort really isnt something im worried about.

The off-the-shelf GC rates are 380f/250r, but it sounds like you would want something a little stiffer in the rear. You could order them with 300# rear instead and see how that goes. It will dial out understeer. Some people even go stiffer in the rear than in the front, but I think that's kind of overkill for oversteer and makes the car very uncomfortable on the street.

I'm running 550 pound springs up front and 220 pound springs in the rear. Have not tested it out yet, but you don't want those anyways. ( I think the front and rear are a little to stiff, It wont be a while till I know, I'm thinking 500F/200R)

If its a FWD car and you want to drag race, you want stiffer springs in the rear to prevent the weight of the car transfering to the rear.

If its a FWD car and you want to AutoX, it all depends on what type of driving style you want. Oversteer or understeer. its pretty easy to look up how to attain those it doesnt even have to be for your specific car just any FWD car will do.
