LOL!! Weak sauce.
In high school, me and a friend started driving south-ish from north Chicago burbs and ended up in Indianapolis.
My wife (girlfriend at the time) and I made it from Dallas to Mexico once, by accident. Also from Dallas to Lubbock, but that trip sucked. It started out by following some clouds with lots of lightning, then it became "how far west can we go without using an interstate", and then "hey, how much farther is it to the Grand Canyon.."

Oh, haha, that first trip was in a 1984 Prelude, the 2nd/3rd one in a 97 Z24. Hmm.. I'd take hour drives just to heat-cycle R compound tires... Made it to a few interesting spots in Texas by accident, but I really bought the R after most of my really-random-trips had gotten out of my system. The kind where you decide to buy some toothpaste and a toothbrush about half-way through. And maybe a swimsuit.
(Rocking the Solo2 national tour stickorz..)

OUCH!
Longest random trip was Christmas Eve morning a few years ago. Left at midnight from the Philly area and went to Mystic, CT. Then drove around there for a couple minutes and drove back. Had a couple stints in the triple digits and managed to get home at 7 ish in the morning.

Same as that
I'd say the % figure for mine though is closer to 90%!
I have a beater civic that i use a DD and just take the R out at weekends and the odd evening purely because i feel guilty having it parked up and doing nothing

Hmmm and I thought I was crazy when I drive my R around with no real intention of going anywhere. But I enjoy the stares I get when I drive by civics and regular integras.
