So whenever I turn my car on, the A/C works. But as soon as i get going, it just stops working. Anyone know what could be the problem?
And no, I'm not taking out my A/C.

Nope, belt is moving while AC is on.

Yea, it could slip when the engine speed increases though. I had this happen to my supercharger belt before. You could see it spinning when I had the hood popped, but when I drove the car, it slipped and I wasn't making boost. I assume the A/C belt is the same principle. I'd pop the hood, check the belt tension and maybe rev it up and see if it slips then. If you already did this, or if it definitely isn't the problem, sorry, thats all the help I can offer.
