ive been planning a rebuild on my lude for the past few months. im slowly puting parts together (plan on turbo). the part that im worried about are the pistons and block. i would hate to get the block sleeved but if i have to do it i will.
Ive been trying to research Mahle's forged pistons for the h22. they claim they are "drop-in" pistons that are made specially for the h22's cylinder walls. If this is possible can the cylinders be honed safely if needed?

Any insight would be great?
