Brakes are sticking, and master cylinder is leaking.
I had da knuckles on my red ef hatch. when i swapped over to the white ef hatch i added ss brake lines AND 15/16 MC and BB. When I went out for a test run my brakes started getting tight causing my car to slow down with out me pushing on the pedal. It got so bad I had to stop, reach through the rim and break the bleeder valve open so that it would relieve the pressure. Today when I got off of work I looked over at my car and noticed that it had a puddle under it. So I open the hood and look around and noticed that brake fluid was leaking down between the brake booster, and the master cylinder. What could be problem. I was thinking maybe the seal. But would that also be causing my brakes to ceize after driving? Thanks guys and here's pic of the car, and the problem. 

I just had this problem and I found out in my case it was the check valve coming off of my brake booster. it was stuck and subsequently not releasing the building pressure in the booster, causing my brakes to lock up and the pedal to be stuck all the way out. Yours may have built enough pressure to pop something. Check the valve and if that is the problem, go buy a PCV valve that will fit and then find your leak.
If the check valve does not solve your problem pull your MC away from the booster without removing the lines and make sure the rubber gasket is in there.
I had a similar problem in a car of mine and my solution ended up being I put a 94-01 booster with a 90-93 MC and the booster shaft length was too different to adjust out at the pedal. The extra shaft length would not let the MC completely relieve pressure created in the lines when the brakes were used.
I could bleed the brakes and I would be ok for a few more miles but that got really old really fast.
My solution was to install a booster from a 90-93 integra to match my 90-93 MC.
