hey everyone, i just got my teg less than a month ago. When im going into first, and the clutch engages, i hear a squealing noise, similar to the greddy type s. What could the noise be? is it normal? this is my first 5 speed

 

Is it when you're moving? If it is a screechy noise that happens when you're moving it could mean that the brake pads are going out.

 

yeh its when im moving, but its only there for a sec or so, when i start moving and then its quiet afterwards.

 

Well it probably isn't your brakes then. Check that the pads still have meat on them just to be sure. Somebody else will know for sure what to check though.
