They work well, I have one on my B16 EG.

 

I bought the NRG damper from H-T sponsor drflickner for $55 shipped. They are the exact same thing as the Ingalls stiffy. Put one on my turbo D16 and it has noticably reduced (almost eliminated) my wheel hop. My tires want to spin rather than hop now. It does not transfer vibrations into the dash unlike stiffer mounts do.
