right turn and left turn noise

My 2005 honda crv is making noises when i make a right or left turn. The noise seems to accured from the tires. The noise sounds like rubber grinding against rubber. Your suggestion is greatly appreciated.

Does it do it while driving, or just sitting still making right and left turns?

It makes noises when moving and coming to a parking space.
