H22 no vtec why??

H22 no vtec why??
We got the motor in and runing but no vtec do i need a conversion harness, idk what obd the car or the motor is?? Ohh and we are using a chip'd p28 the install was in a 95 prelude motor is jdm H22.... Thanks Chris

To the OP, are you throwing a CEL? if you prelude was non-vtec before, the you have to wire vtec, or just buy an h22 harness. also, your car is obd1, 92-95 was obd1
