Anyone know much about undercar neons?

Anyone know much about undercar neons?
I have undercar neons on my car and just tonight the shut off all of the sudden when i was driving down the road so i check the fuse and it was blown. I fixed that problem and now my problem is the front one still doesnt work but the others do. I narrowed it down t something with that specific neon tube(either the wires or the tube itself). Does moisture in the tube have a bad effect on it or does that matter? Any input on what the problem is would be greatly appriciated. Thanks

I'll spare you the flamage (that you'll most likely get from someone else anyway) and the suggestions to take them off.
1. You need to check to see if the tube is getting power. Do this by checking the wires.
2. If you have power to the tube, then most likely the circuitry for the tube is shot, in which case, you're out of luck.
3. You mentioned moisture in the tube. If you indeed have moisture in there, the tube is shot.

did you check your exhaust belt or your headlight fluid? make sure you check those, cause those are the first 2 things you should check when you run into any problems.
