not a p28 but was converted for vtec. Custom programmed for
my setup which was 98 GSR w/Comptech intake + icebox, Type R TB,
Skunk2 IM, CTR intake and exhaust camshafts + valvesprings,
JDM ITR 4-1 header, high flow cat and 2.5' custom exhaust.
vtec @ 5200; redline @ 8700; CEL shift light @ 8200;
built in lanch control and full throttle A/C cut off

How much for the voltage regulator. My headlights are having major problems with half dimming and going out then coming back on. Does it work like it is supposed to, make drops and such go away?

sound like you have a bad alternator. The only changes I notice when I had it installed on my teg were..
better idle, better start, and slight improvement on gas.
