Is there a wrong way to install a thermostat.
be cause last night i removed my thermo so i could get home w/o car over heating. it was late. so now car is cooled down and i just removed lower hose, 2 10m.m bolts and ground wire on thermo housing.. so i got new o-ring and stat, but forgot which way it goes. help needed so i can put everything back together..

 

i know on the 96-00 the teepee looking side has the seal on it and goes into the cover
