I contacted Foster's Wheel Repair of Seattle and i was quoted a max of 100 to repair the wheel, the wheel only needs the lip repiared not the whole wheel, I was confident in there work just by seeing there home page, then called and was asuured these wheels could be reconditioned back to new or inexpensively fixed:
