ive searched seen about lensos bogarts ect.

im leaning towards the lensos cause u can get a sety for around 300$

my question is how do u pick sizes & tire.

i have a 96teg i will be making around 600-700whp when fully set up.
right now im running 17'rims with bfg d/r 225/45/17 it stands 25inch tall. i see most peepz pick 15/13 rims.
i dont want to cut my fenders. so i am assuming 25inch slick is the biggist or is that to big.

 

if you plan on sfwd or t/s you are limmited to a 25" slick. (100% sure on sfwd, looking at rules for t/s now, i think he hee.)
john from M&H recomended to me a 25 x 8.7 x 13 on a 13 x 8 wheel.
i went with bogarts, because i always wanted them. plus they baller yo. nah just kidding. i am currently on 15's but will be on 13"s next season once the 5 lug is gone.

 

well i know someone that has lensos 13/7.5rims with 22 1/2 slicks bairly used
400$ seems like a perty good deal. ill use the slick he got for a little then get some MH 25 slicks for the car.

 

you will kill 22.5's with the power you are making.

 

right now im only making 400whp. but very soon i will be making more.
when u say kill u mean what exactly. i know the size has alot to do with mph vs rpm. cause with my stock gears gsr tranny i trapped 122 in 4th gear with 25 tall tires. but with the 22.5 in sure i will need 5th to achieve that speed right?
i think im looking at this right.

 

as in no sidewall to wrap up from the power of the engine. and yes they may be a little short and make your trap suffer. PM SLicksMH (john from m&h) and he can point you where you need to be.
