Default This cant be right ?

I just orderd a 07 Civic Si on sat it came out to $23,000 after tax and dmv fees but it is still subjected to mrsp for 2007. Okay so i go back to the dealership today and i ask them pricing on the body kit and fog lights these ******* tell me $2900 for the bodykit and $995 for the fog's. The kit should be no more $2,000 after labor and the fog's should be no more then $600 after labor this is bs i would like to know what other people have paid for these upgrades so i can compare.

Why are you trying to negotiate a car that is not even here. Do not sign the contract until the car is here. They already have an advantage on you. You should know you are going to have to pay full MRSP.

If you want the body kit and fogs, install them yourself. Negotiate this later when the car is here. Otherwise, they will add it and you either take it or leave it. Leave yourself options to negotiate the price of the accessories down. Make sense?

Be patient.

I was not trying to negotiate any pricing on the fog's and bodykit i was just trying to get a quote of what they might cost me when the car comes in. I already know what they charge when you build the car online its only $1,287 for the bodykit and $319 for the fog's with labor that dosent come out to near what they where asking for. I am simply asking what other people have payed and if they tryed to rape them with pricing for these ad on's as well.

I paid 1100 for my HFP kit installed but could have gotten it online for 400 cheaper. I also got the fogs and was hit 590 for them again later finding out I could get them online for 300. There are plenty of DIY's on this so I would recommend doing it yourself.
The body kit is held on by 12 screws and double sided tape. The bumper comes off in 3 minutes for the fogs. Hardest part would be wiring but the DIY I read showed it had plugs on the firewall so you don't have to drill any holes, and run wire thru. I also went to Yonkers Honda which is ok to buy at but DON'T EVER use the service dept.

Those are not direct OEM fogs, more than likely they are an OEM "style" fog light. I'm almost certain they are not OEM, if they only want 200 for them.
