are the 4th gen ODB1 lude ecu's swappable with ODB1 accord ecu's

yes they are but if you are going to go with the poa ecu you will need to swap the egr and o2 sensor wires

at the ecu if your gonna use the p0a but Id go with the p28 as for they make more performance chips well they dont make any I think for the p0a
