i read your over thread.....and i understand your pain.
i had a camber kit installed on my old crx many years ago, and afterwards i started working on my own car....and i went over the other guys work and it was horrible (and this was from a shop)

so anyway, i took a picture of my stock clutch line for you..(which include your missing bolt)

sorry man, its a 94 vx, but this is how all the clutch lines i've seen are, and this is my second eg.
also the ground is the same, take in mind my picture is from a b18c, but it was the same on my sohc.

it also looks like you're missing the ground bracket.

the clutch line runs to the firewall to the passenger side and runs along the wall of the engine bay...not just out in the middle of the bay like yours.

if you want more pictures let me know.

also looks like you're missing the boot on your pressure plate release fork thing.

and do you have a bracket for your slave cylinder?

that's what it should all look like.
looks like you're missing the transmission hanger, clutch pipe bracket, and does your reverse light work?

Casue you have a 96-00 Civic, 92-95 Brackets are different.

You need

46996-S04-000 BRACKET, CLUTCH PIPE (B) $5.50
90651-538-000 CLIP, BRAKE HOSE $2.55
21221-P4A-010 STAY, RR. RELEASE PIPE $8.13

All of that is for the Rear Bracket on the tranny to hold up the clutch line.
