finally found a set on ebay, ordered them, and they arrived in 3 days

everything looks good, and currently they're at the shop being preped/painted (along with the driver-side of my car).

the questions goes more with the wiring:

doing searches, it appears there's two different plugs for the mirror control, green and white. all the install instructions appear to be for the green plug (9 wires), and from what I gather, there's two different types of green plugs depending on the year (96-98 vs 99-00). also, the control itself has one version with the retract button on the left, another with the botton on the right.

then there's the white plug (or milky white is what its referenced as), which seems like the oddball plug (considering every ek plug is green). well, unfortunatly, my set came with the white plug, with the retract button on the right side (it actually says "retract" in english). but all the instructions with the EK's shows 9 wires, vs the white plug which has 8 wires.

anyone wire an ek set like this up? I'm not totally concerned because I'm sure I'll figure it out eventually, but if someone has experience, it would kick ***
