Default Timing Belt/Water Pump

How much should I expect to pay for parts and labor to replace the timing belt and water pump on a 1998 Honda Accord LX sedan 4 cylinder?

Someone quoted me $706 and another mechanic quoted me off the top at about $450. Which one is closer to the truth?

Thanks...

Honda service charges $499 plus any applicable taxes in your state.

Go to the $450 guy and have it all changed, seals as well. even the oil pump seal.
