Default Couple of questions

Okay so my brothers 1993 ZX6D blew the head gasket on the way home from the shop he had it at to get worked on. Apparently the radiator fan can not switch on, before hand it was hard-wired and had a switch to manually control it but the shop took that off and said they fixed it so it should work. It doesnt.

So can anyone give me a basic idea how to hard-wire the fan?

Also his bike has full micron exhaust, the shop installed a jet kit saying he needed it. Now on cylinder number one it floods with gas. The whole cylinder will fill with gas and so will the intake runner. This is odd considering the bike has no fuel pump and get its thru vacuum.

I think those are the two biggest problems at the moment, we just got the bike back together after fixing the blown head gasket. Something also I thought was weird is the bike has been sitting for three weeks at most since it blew up and got home from the shop yet the front brakes are out because it seems like air is in the line. That and the fluid for it is dirty as hell (grayish blackish color) even though the shop installed SS lines.

Yeah the shop that caused these problems by the way was cycle works in hollywood maryland. I dont think thats how its spelled though. I just know from experience that the shop is sub-par.

So my brother hard-wired the fan. Then he cleaned the carbs out, which were dirty. So now its running fine or seems so. 2 miles down the road the engine blows up and put a hole in the block. No idea how it happened, only oil was leaking from the hole though, no coolant. Anyway my brother has had it with his bike. He just broke down and I gave him the car to ride home and I started pushing the bike about half a mile before I gave up because its way heavy.

So we got the bike home tonight just now, brother said expletive it and he rode it home. Busted another hole in the block or blew some more chunks out when we got to the drive way. Tear down tomorrow maybe.

It appears that a piston rod broke thru the block to say hello. Brother is selling the bike.
