Default Integra Rear Bumper Repair

Hey. i have a 96 LS and recently i was given a minorly damaged 98 rear bumper.

i am planning to repair it and stick it on my car.

what i was wondering is what sort of steps should i do to repair the damage myself?

a quick link maybe good. here are some pics.

probably could, but it would take you forever. just make sure you sand your edges good soo you don't see any hard lines
