dont bother with that crap. just buy some good lowering springs and you'll be happy. make sure to buy some good shocks too. do it right the first time around

Check in the Suspention mod forums...

But there is so many different setups you could go with all depending on waht you are going to be doing with your car. Weather it just going to look good, or weather you wanna be low and still have a smooth ride... Or if you wanna rail hairpin corners at mach 1..<<< just kidding..

What I am tryng to say is with the ebay brand, youll have more bodyroll than a 400lb prostitute on a in a cheap motel on a vibrating bed...

What you need to be looking for is brands like:

Tokico, Omni-Power and Cusco.

And NOT brands like Matrix and whatever else they have on ebay...

Koni yellows and Ground control coil overs....A friend of mine has K-spors on his DC and they are awesome, similar in price but they are a full coil -over compaired to my Konis and GC, but I still think Konis and GCs are the best around

And yes, im probably looking for for the looks, not performance with my car. What can i get with 92 hp 4-door dx???

And badget is a problem as well, im a poor student trying to pay for my tuition, so i just wanted something that will make my car look good, something cheap, i m not to concern about the smooth ride.

???

Thanks again

a set of top of the line best of the best springs will run 200 or less.

how low do you want?

Just get a damper that will hold the drop/upped rates. Tokiko blues work well for budget setups.

i would want to go about 2 "- 2.5 " i think. Bad part is, its my daily, and we get some snow in -40 out here in Canada.
Thats why i wouldnt mind get ajastble set up.

And Sorry, i m not sure what that means :

Just get a damper that will hold the drop/upped rates

Then an adjustble system would work for you.

you'll need a shock that can hold up to the higher spring rates needed for a lowering spring.

Cheap combo tokiko blues and Skunk2 sleave or GC sleave coil overs.

dude, if you are that broke, dont even bother lowering it, you are just going to blow out shocks and expletive **** up on those ebay coilovers. just wait until you have some money and do it right.

for rushing into ****, learn from many ppl here who can tell you its not worth it.

</TD></TR></TABLE>No problem

The cheap ones are random rate normally too stiff or soft for anything really.

Making springs for a car isn't that simple. The tooling on those ebayers is probbly quite old and will not give each spring/set the same rates even!

I'd honestly aviod them, many ppl run into problems with the adjustment brackets as well.

I have never heard of any problems like that with skunk2s or GCs.
