if its not, it should be. but it likely is. usually it goes like so:
FRONT:
ONLY white, yellow, orange/amber is legal to be seen from.
REAR:
ONLY red, orange/amber (white only when backing up) is legal to be seen from.

now this is USUALLY, look upi your states traffic laws online but it USUALLY goes like that

with the money you spend on doing that why not put it to good use and get suspension upgrades......unless your making a show queen then disregard my comments.

Dude.. save your money and buyu engine upgrades. If your not a motor person, but some nice, BRAND name seats. Go from the drivers seat out... but thats only if you dont like motor stuff. Motor first, then drivers area, then the rest.

Call your states highway patrol and and ask them. I called my states HP when i had questions regarding the legaality of tail lights on a old ****** jeep, they were more than helpful.

Most likely, any underbody neon is illegal to use while the car is in motion.

Uhh yea dude. I live down here in iowa and I got pulled over like 10 times. Man I was such a ricer. I actually thought it was cool. Now I don't think I would even ride in a car with neon.
