Default another spring rate question :P

According to Honda-Tech:

H&R Race springs: "For an Integra they are 460f/350r (lbs/in)"

Eibach Pro Kit: "Eibach Pro Kit (for DC2) Front 331lb/in Rear 126-194lb/in *Progressive rate"

So I'm wondering if those are accurate. My brother has Koni Yellows with H&R Race springs on his Integra, and the springs seem too soft. I'm about to get Tokico Illuminas with the Eibach Pro Kit springs (used and cheap from my brother-in-law) so I'm wondering if my ride is going to be super soft. I drive a DB8.

i could be wrong... but my source says 450/170-257 for 90-93 integra eibach prokits.
(which is considerable compared to the crx, but considering its weight...)

no i dont think its too soft.

Running 400/400 springs in my DC2, and its not too soft for the street, closer to the too stiff end of the spectrum. Its still completely streetable, but there's a few sections of the freeway that do bump me out of the seat. So, my guess would be if you think the H&R are too soft, then those must not be accurate rates for them.

Now, for autox and/or HPDE use, it is definately too soft. The car takes longer than I'd like to take a set, and there is definately more body roll than desireable.

331/194 won't be too soft, especially when you consider that the stock rates are only 220/110. You'll still have body roll, but nothing shy of a massive swaybar and race rates will get rid of it completely.

Well I know the Eibachs are a lot stiffer than stock but I like a pretty stiff ride so I was thinking they might be a bit too soft when I turn up the stiffness on the shocks. I guess I'll find out soon cause I finally got the shocks and springs today which I have been trying to get all summer from my brother-in-law.
