i have a 94 eg hatch cx with the 8 vavle head could i put a 16 vavle head on it and not have any trouble out of it is the timing belt the same or is the cam bigger would i have to get a bigger timing belt or what.

 

so your wanting to change to the 16 valve non-vtec?? or vtec head?? if you want to switch it over to vtec theres a link for a write-up just follow it cuz he knows his ****.

yea thats easy. just swap it and your done. i dont know if the ecu's are different?? maybe someone could shed some light on that idea. but all in all its just an r&r job.
