well I got a 91 DX CRX with a stock D15b2 DPI...well for some reason it doesnt wanna start up without some type of fuel being dumped in the throttle body...its also throwing a code 16 which Ive tried different injectors and they dont seem to work...so does anyone know?

 

its your fuel pump buddy.. because thats happen to me....

 

no with alot of starter fluid I was able to keep it running off the fuel so I dont think its the pump...plus when I put the key to the ON pos. I hear the thing whirring...hopefully its not my gas gauge reading wrong but I doubt its that

 

check injector pulse. swaping out and throwing parts at it isn't going to fix your problem.

 

how do I go about doing that?

 

get a dvom or a diode. or even a test light and see if the light flashes.
