My opinion is yes, it would have too much wheel gap, and seeing the top of your tires isn't that great. I got some Netami 1.75" springs on eBay for around $100. They ride great, really, and the drop is perfect. But beware because they put the Netami logos upside down on the springs, I found that out the hard way. I'll have to post some pics sometime, I put my 215/35/18's on last week. It's sick.

got any links to pics of your car?

Not lowered with 17s looks crappy, 18s will be even worse...

Preludes look good with 15s or 16s.

I've got 18's on my 4th gen right now with stock suspension(air ride is going on this weekend). I can get one finger between the wheel and the fender. Fender gap is not an issue. Ride height is...it's ******* horrible.

well i just got rid of my 18s....lets just say it looked horrible. get 15s or 16s like hawkze said! 215/35/18 comes out to the same as stock tire size as far as diameter is concerned....so as long as you go low profile, you dont have to worry about scrubbing....esp not at stock height.

the answer is yes. I have 18 in falken torque 5's on my 94. I looks really stupid, kinda like the car is on top of them and not part of the car
