Get this Exedy clutch. I bought it from the seller. I was very pleased. I think there is one other seller for like $10 cheaper, but I would pay a little more to buy from a more reputable seller.

Exedy clutches are the way to go, especially for that price.

I believe changing the rear main seal is a good idea too. You might want to inspect your axle too before you have the clutch changed. It might be a good time to install a new one. Upgrading to a lighter flywheels isn't a bad idea, but don't expect any noticable gains. If anything, it might make the car a little harder to drive for people who are new to driving stick. It might even take some getting used to even for the experienced manual drivers.

I am happy with my Fidanza flywheel because it makes driving easier for me. I pay CLOSE attention to rev matching when i shift. I shift a little faster than most people so it works perfectly for me.

Overall, I would not recommend one. I am sure you could put ~$200 to better use.
