i just got a 00 coupe w/ us ITR motor, wanted to know the if my coupe was lighter than the dc2R.
Well, you don't specify which model Civic Coupe, or which year ITR.
The curb weight of the 2001 ITR is 2639 pounds. Edmunds gives the curb weight of the 2000 Honda Civic Si Coupe as 2601 pounds. (Curb weight includes full fluids and all standard equipment, obviously for bone stock cars.)

Edmunds gives the curb weight of the 2000 Honda Civic EX Coupe as 2513 pounds.
I think the weight of the 2000 ITR is usually quoted as the same as the 2001, even though there were very minor differences between the two years (notably the inclusion of thin, lightweight floor mats as standard equipment in 2001).
There wasn't a 1996 ITR in the States. If you're referring to the JDM model, I don't know how much one would weigh. I know that the '97 ITR would weigh less than the '00-01, since it didn't include A/C or a rear wiper as standard equipment. I think the '98 added the rear wiper but not the A/C. Edmunds claims the curb weight of the '97 ITR was 2643 pounds, but I don't think that's correct, since it ought to weigh less than the '01 (by about 40 pounds or so, I think). Anyone who has accurate figures, please chime in!

From the dealer? Sure. From the factory? No.

I don't know if it was dealer added. But my core support which is original has " A/C" stamped on it. I am the second owner.

Oh! So it has the letters A/C on the core support from the factory! We thought you were talking about air conditioning...

I was talking about air conditioner. It has air conditioning stock. Dealer added or factory.....I don't know.
98 ITR's didn't have AC as a factory standard. It was optional. That is what nsxtasy is trying to say, the dealer added the AC.

FYI, EK9 only refers to JDM Civic Type R with B16B spec R engine. Check your VIN and I am sure nowhere it says EK9.

Yup. That's the problem with all those codes. If you just say you have a US market 2000 Civic EX Coupe, we'll all know what you're talking about.
P.S. I think it's an EJ8...

Correct
JDM's had "delete" options.
no aerial, no clock, no airbags, no PAS, no ABS, no rear wiper, no stereo...
the official weigh-in of my UKDM is 2447lbs (1110kg). and the '96 spec JDM is 2337lbs (1060kg)
and my UKDM has airbags, PAS, ABS and a clock, but i took the aerial out
