There are a ton of threads of this issue. try the search.

You can fill yours in with 3M window weld or silicon, or buy inserts.

But I have yet to see anyone mention a solid aftermarket replacement.

Also, if the rest of your mounts are solid, the front one is of little use, other than just a torque mount.

well i just removed the old one thinking the same thing but when i am accelerating then kinda come off it seems to want to kick the car out of gear a little. my auto doesnt have it at all and all is well with it. the old one totally fell apart and this is my third in three years and i baby my rex. i guess i am just tired of replacing it. thanks for the quick reply.

are your other mounts good? did you try power braking and checking for bad motor mounts? If your having to adjust your mounts for a vibration thats you usally a sign of fatiuge and would replace all motor mounts.

That is caused by worn mounts, and or, wrongly torqued down, causing the engine and tranny to sit slightly off and stress your mounts, therefore wearing all of them out prematurely.

well, at what torque specs are they to be torqued to. i just totally level the engine and bolt all the mounts down solid and the front one had given out a bunch of times. that is the only mout though, i might add, that i couldnt buy new from Honda..they said it wasnt avaialble anymore. It is deffinetly inferior in design. btw all other mounts are brand new as of last february and are very solid still no probs. gotta love Honda OEM.

Just get the ES inserts, I'm pretty sure you won't break those. Only use the front one if you don't want the vibration to be too bad.
