Default max HP/rev on stock GSR bottom end....

i'm thinkin about a GSR swap....i'm wondering if ~200 WHP is safe on the stock block? all headwork, cams etc..but stock block? what kinda revs can the stock block handle? near Type R revs with adequate headwork? hit me with the info guys...thanks

i don't think u can even get really close to 200 WHP w/o high compression...which means...building ur bottom end aywayz....

there's stock GSR engines with JRSC pushing 200 whp..

Yes, you can have 200 whp you will have to raise your comp though. You can use some jdm itr, or ctr pistons or even mill the head. But you can rev to 9200 safely you just have to upgrade your valve train.
