Default Window came off guide on 98CX.

Okay, so this is the 4th time it has happened and it's really stressing me out.

The first 3 times putting the window back onto it's guides wasn't too hard. I just pulled the rubber lining around the front part of the window and rolled it up slowly, trying to grab onto the guides. The back part of the window was still in it's guides.

Now this time I'm stumped. I think the whole window popped out of both sides. My hands are killing me trying to put them back in place. There's not much room to work with also. Anyone have any ideas what would be the easiest way to approach this problem? Or am I better off going to a shop to get it repaired (prices)?

And if I do get it repaired myself, is there something I should do to prevent it from happening again? New rubber guides? It looks like the rear part of the guides aren't sticking to the metal part.

Oh and ever since I had purchased the car, the window has always been hard to go up and down.

more then likely your going to have to replace the window regulator. The regulator could be slightly tweak. Probably bent the run channel so your going to either bend that run channel back into its place or replace it. Iam not sure if those regulators comes with motors either iam pretty sure they do though. I know some of the 98-02 accords do not and you have to align them or mark where it came off.
