Biggest tire on HX wheels

Im plannin to turbo my car so im gonna need some BFG drag radials. What are the widest I can fit on a HX rim>

Look up the specs for those tires on the Tire Rack website. You'll see that it gives the range of approved rim widths for each size tire.

no help there...im askin will i be able to slap ion 225"s on a hx wheel..

And I told you exactly how to look up the answer. Don't be lazy; you can look it up yourself.

HX wheels are 14x5.5. Now, go to the Tire Rack website, look up the BFG Drag Radials, and click on SPECS. You'll find the range of approved rim widths, and you can find out for yourself whether or not 5.5 is too narrow.
