h22 vs b16
Ok well I don't know much about engines, but my 94 civic needs a better one lol. I kno b16 comes in si's and someone told me h22 comes in preludes but I have NO clue what is what...I mean which one is better and more affordable?
i say h22 is a 2.2 liter and b16 is a 1.6 liter. they would cost about the same as jdm used engines.
h22 will cost more to swap to a civic then a b16 and will chew up more gas then a b16 but h22 will be more powerful.

i wouldnt recommend him to swap a k seeing as how this is probably his first swap.
since you have a 94 civic, a b16 will have no problem being dropped in that chassis. the h22 is a swap thats a little more involved, and will cost about as much as a gsr swap when its all said and done. so if you want some cheap reliable horsepower, b16
.
