Default New york inspection on my turbo ls/vtec?

I am wondering if anyone knows a way to get a valid new york state emissions inspection for my 96 civic hatch with a turbo'd ls/vtec in it. Ive got it set up obd 2 with an ecu from a 96 integra sirG, and a hondata piggyback. I really doubt that i can pass an emissions inspection, but i was wondering if anyone knows any tricks to get around this. If anyone can help me out that would be sweet, Thanks.

You just have to make sure they can hook up to your diagnostic port and check for mil codes and readiness monitors. If your using a USDM OBD2 ecu then your fine! They don't check your motor code like in cali. They'll check your brakes, lights, safety ****, then they plug in their computer check for codes and your done. I've passed with my JDM 2nd gen b16a in my 98 civic with no problems.
