i just installed my SIR steering wheel and the horn doesnt work, I installed the connector but it still doesnt work. Also, the 3 screws that hold the front piece of the steering wheel on are very hard to get to when the wheel is on. does anyone have a technique to get the screws in ?thanks

 

btw: its a 1992 honda civic cx with the Sir2 steering wheel 3 spoke
