Hello all noob here.I had a crx about 5 years ago and had the itch.I just bought a 1991 special edition for a steal of a price and i love it.I purchased a type r kit and will be swapping it in as soon as the hasport mounts show up.Will post pic's once i have some.

the special edition is very different from the exclusive, like a world of difference, night and day.

btw, what is a type r kit? the crx was never made in a type r model

Well here in canada the special edition is silver,has a wing(which is also known as the mugen wing),black seats with spcial red stiching,written special edition on the rear lights and lower side body panels,rear disk brakes.If u do a google search u will see the differnces.I have never heard of a exclusive crx?so i dont know how is compares.What i meant by type r kit,is that i bought a usdm type r kit(engine,tranny,ecu,axles,shift linkage) and i will be swapping it in once my motor mounts with cable to hydro conversion arrive.I will have my camera back in a day or two so i will post pic's.I picked it up for $1700.
