Default EF Hybrid Swap Vacume Leak Problem...

Hey guys, just wondering if anyone here know what these two little holes are in the back of the intake manifold. The motor is a 92 b18a1. The holes have no threads and the drivers side hole blows while the pass side sucks. Plug the drivers side and the car dies. Plug the pass side and no increase or decrease in idle. I have been looking everywhere for anyone having the same issue and came up dry. Here are the pics please let me know asap! Thanks in advance!

Looks like the IACV. They both should have threads since the iacv has to be mounted there. IACV= Idle air control valve. Its a needed componet.
