I am in the process of swapping over all my stuff to a new civic. I dont have the engine in yet but, i do have everything else. my headlights are working but my turnsignals and parking lights are not working. what could this be. new flasher, and all fuses are good, is there a relay under the hood somewhere that could possibly be bad? thank you

 

Check the underhood fuse box, I'm pretty sure there's a relay in there, not 100% 'cause I'm too lazy to look .

 

fixed..... it was a ground problem! thanks anyway
