wow, could barely hear the turbo, but stock turbo cars are usually designed to be very quiet. A nice mandrel bent air intake tube and high flowing air filter should clear that problem up..

I wonder if the boost drop is controlled by engine management, or just plain inefficiency?

i saw one today at the dealers, i think i need a test drive
