Car bounces ALOT more after installing ST sway bar......
I just installed a rear suspension technique sway bar just this past sunday. Ever since then the car has been bouncing alot more ever since. Im stumped right now in what could be the reason why. Any suggestions or help would be appreciated. thnx!

Tyson is right. That sway bar is probably the only part not contributing to your bouncy ride. Raise the car and hope you have not already destroyed the shcoks but don't be surprised. If you have Brand X cheapo coil-over sleeves, consider getting some proper ones.
From my experience testing swaybar bushings for the ASR kits.
Some universal polyurethane swaybar bushings D bracket pinches the bushing. This is apparent while you are bolting them down and seeing the bushing getting squeezed out. This pinches the swaybar so hard that movement is restrained. During dips and bumps on the road it seems like the rear has gained an additional 100lbs spring rates from this. The remedy to this is by adding a few washers between the d bracket and the mounting surface. Hope this helps.

and yea i have some of those coilovers but plan on getting some H&R's or some eibach lower springs.
