to answer your question, in terms of performance, not really. The base auto doesn't respond to mods very well. You would be better off swapping in a stronger k20 engine or even a k24.
Show car wise, well.. you know its just a sexy car. Nothing stopping you there.

of course it has the potential. the potential to get you from point a to point b. it doesnt have the potential to be a very good honda enthusiast car. your better off with a manual base then do a k20 or k24 swap.

Dude, it's a joke. I definitely don't run a 9-second RSX. It's a slowmatic 16-second car on a good day.
